The short version: we collect what you type into the quiz, we use it to write your report, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
Your answers to the nine quiz questions, and the name, business name and email address you give us so we can send the report. Standard web-server information — IP address, browser, referring page — is logged by our hosting provider.
Your answers are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate your report, and stored alongside the report so you can open the link again later. We use your email to send you the report and, at most, a short follow-up. Every email we send has a working unsubscribe link.
We don’t sell your information, rent it, or pass it to advertisers. We don’t enrol you in a drip campaign you can’t leave. Taking the quiz does not put you on a call list.
Quiz responses and reports are kept for two years, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we’ll delete yours on request.
Email privacy@upright-ai.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a few business days. Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act applies to what we do; if you think we’ve mishandled something, you can also raise it with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
The quiz keeps your progress in your browser’s local storage so a dropped connection doesn’t cost you your answers. That data never leaves your device until you submit.
